A wolf in sheep’s skin

Coming back from the Museum of Natural History, I saw this one beggar who was quite odd…He was dressed in khakies, a sweater, short cropped hair, peacoat, while donning headphones and his clothes were in good shape. He was asking for money. Pacing back and forth. I saw his ploy and refused ot give him money. I wondered at this point, was he really in need if he had nice clothes on, or was he trying to get over on people.
